I’m still working on this post. It’s prompted considerable critical examination of the foundation of this blog as well as how I perceive esports as a whole. Hopefully I can cobble these thoughts together into something that makes sense to read.

In progress: Accepting that WESA’s going nowhere.
The post in progress is a considerably jumbled up at this point as I’m still hand-writing in an attempt to organize my thoughts, but I’ve concluded that–barring Valve’s direct intervention–there’s really no other organization that comes close to stabilizing professional CS:GO play… than WESA.
TLEP #040 – Off To A Weak Start
FaZe is out of WESA citing some major disappointments it had with the organization’s recent entrance to the scene. In today’s episode of the lowercase esports podcast I attempt to break down the various reasons why this had to happen and if there’s any hope for WESA moving forward.
Spoiler alert: there is.
Rest assured, we’re going to switch gears away from WESA after today’s podcast, unless, of course, something new comes up. And I do have a few different topics planned for Saturday which will mean the use of notes!
